I remember having lemonade stands all the time when I was a kid. It was a fun part of summer. This year my kids were asking to do it and this day I let them.
The girls had a very successful lemonade/kool-aid stand the other day thanks to some GREAT neighbors! It was a nice hot day. They went through 2 pitchers and all but 2 cups that I had given them. They sat out there for 2 hours in the hot sun, waiting for more people to come. They drew signs with chalk on the sidewalk and driveway. They would yell "Lemonade, kool-aid 10 cents" every time a car or someone would go by. We split the money between the 3 of them, each of them making $1.85!
