Easter Morning 4-4-2010

This year General Conference was on Easter, so we didn't have to get ready for church. Because of that the traditional Easter Sunday pictures with their new dresses/skirts were not taken :(. We did have coffee cake for breakfast which is our tradition for general conference. It was our first attempt at a gluten free coffee cake. It was alright, but we will have to play with different recipes to find a better one to keep this tradition going. The girls look forward to coffee cake!!

The kids had a lot of fun checking out what the Easter Bunny left for them. They each got their first zhu zhu pet, books, ceramic magnets to paint & goodies. They had lots of fun finding all the eggs too. After all the eggs were found and sorted they sat at the table and opened all their eggs. Inside the eggs were playdoh, fruit roll ups, and of course their favorite: money.
