On March 5th we got a big snow storm (6-8 inches). The snow was really wet and heavy. It was a Friday and the kids were out of school that day. Janika decided she wanted to shovel the driveway for me/Dan. Kierra was having a fit to go outside too, so we all ended up outside, not even ready for the day before 8:30 am. Before too long several of the neighbor kids were out too. I ended up shoveling most of the driveway and sidewalks while the kids played with their friends. It was probably the last big snow storm of the season so it was nice they could have so much fun. The kids came in the house soaked because the snow was so wet. Then they ended up playing ALL day with friends. By the end of the day most of the snow was melted.
